Shipping
We ship physical opals and jewellery from Australia.
Cost
A flat fee applies once per order:
Australia — $20 AUD
International — $40 AUD
Checkout uses these amounts. Extra items in the same order do not add extra shipping.
Where we ship
Australia, and the countries offered at checkout (including Austria, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States). If a country is not shown at checkout, we do not ship there.
Processing
Orders are packed within 1–5 business days after payment, Monday–Friday, Australian time. Cut-off is 2:00 pm ACST.
Delivery after dispatch
Australia: usually 3–10 business days
International: usually 7–21 business days
Times are estimates. Customs can add delay on overseas orders. Tracking is emailed when the parcel is lodged.
Packaging
Cut stones, rough opal, and jewellery are packed to protect them in transit.
Your address
Please check your address carefully at checkout, including any unit, flat or apartment number. We post to the address exactly as you enter it, and a missing unit number is the most common reason a parcel comes back or goes missing.
If a parcel is returned or cannot be delivered because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected in time, we can send it again once postage is covered.
Delivery and signatures
Parcels are sent without a signature on delivery, so your local carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place. Once tracking shows the parcel delivered, it is with you, so please use an address where it can be received safely.
Customs and duties
Import tax or duty in the destination country is the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos. If tracking shows delivered and you do not have it, contact the carrier first, then us.
